I personally like the look; reminds me of a GT4 version. That said it should also protect the lenses at least a little, and gives the car a unique look.
You do know once it ages, it’s going to be hard to peel off and will leave residue.

I’m definitely enjoying this car in the winter. I love not giving it up. The alpins are great!
I’d love to experience this car in the snow but I just can’t with all the little stones they love to litter the roads with. Plus I’d rather not deal with salt either. Besides AWD I’ve always felt RWD was the next best thing in the snow. If you start sliding while turning with FWD not only do you lose steering but you also lose throttle. You’re at the mercy of the surface. At least with RWD you could still throttle steer the corner. Plus it helps to have a 50/50 weight distribution.

Had an old e46 m3 that was a ton of fun in the snow with winter tires. Tires make all the difference.
