I mean in that the stock pipe is restrictive as hell and a common BMW failure point anyway. Any tiny gains from flow on the intake side are strangled in the stock pipe if it isn’t leaking out anyway. Since boost is a measure of restriction and not airflow itself, it technically should also help the turbo spool slightly easier as well since it improves flow characteristics. I’ve not run it through enough CFD yet to truly test it but eye test says it should work.Not sure what you mean exactly, but the charge pipe doesn't do anything but provide meth bungs, and hold large amounts of boost. ~20ish psi, which is a few more than stock is completely fine on the stock charge pipe.
