Nice....cheap and effective for the short term. I didn't want the hassle of redoing them over and over so I sent them to get ceramic coated (the paint they use for headers and exhaust systems) for $60 and called it a day.

^This is the way to do this right....

I cringed when I read those guys are applying plasti-dip to an exhaust tip ...And surprised to hear it even held up during normal travel use...but for how long? I wouldn't want the hassle of having to redo it multiple times..

Personally, I wouldn't cheap out and also get the tips ceramic coated in black....

How sure are you about those inlet measurements? I haven’t removed mine to measure but I found these on eBay and I think they look pretty cool. The measurements are 60mm on the inside diameter of the inlet, 63mm on the outer diameter of the inlet and 101mm for the outlet.

I just ordered these today. Going to have my muffler shop put them on when I do my muffler delete. I think they should look pretty good, and overall will still be a lot cheaper than a full catback system.

The steering wheel uses a factory core but it is thicker. Feels much nicer. It may feel a little smaller with the squared bottom and thicker feel.

So is that steering wheel smaller than OEM or is it just thicker?

Here’s the car that fits those exhaust tips from earlier. Full front ppf, ceramic pro coat, 30% tint, satin Black powder coated rims, 13f/15r spacers and “big mouth“ black out up front.

you might want to see if you can cancel that order. Here’s the stock exhaust pipe under the tip

here’s the back of the stock exhaust tip for those interested

Thank you for taking the time to check the size of that pipe and post these pics. It really helps. Now hopefully I can find something that fits, or just save up for an HKS exhaust. Ha!

Well crap. The shop that's doing them said it's roughly a 2.5" inlet and those should work. They are replacing the whole back section where the muffler is and was going to weld on new tips. But I obviously don't want to go to a smaller ID than stock. Thanks for posting this. Now to find one's that do actually fit or just do what you did to the stock ones..

That's the same steering wheel I want. (Except with the red center stripe.) How long did it take you to get it?

It took about 6 weeks. I really like it. I did the silver center stripe because that’s the color of my car. Red would look really nice as well

Wow, this is really good because 99% of other posts claim we had a 2.5" exhaust pipe!
I believe the piping leading up to the muffler may still be 2.5", but the exhaust piping from the muffler and under the tip is a little larger than 3"
