Nope. That's not impact, it's a shear mark

Look closer and it's just a little part that had to come out.

I was reading and this is a bmw issue because of tension on the glass or something

I just found out today that after 16 months of ownership and using a piggyback that my ecu is before 6/20 on my 2021. But the door jam is 6/20
Makes sense - the ECU had to be manufactured and then shipped to the facility before it could be integrated into your car. My ECU build date is around 3-4 months before the car as well.

So I'm guessing you have a tunable ecu because of that?
