I didn't know he was still active to MKV Supra drivers or anything surrounding the MKV. I thought he moved on to the G87 M2 as the next best thing.
He still sells parts for and supports the A90. Great resource.I didn't know he was still active to MKV Supra drivers or anything surrounding the MKV. I thought he moved on to thr G87 M2 as the next best thing.
Verus?...installed brake ducts
Yep. I was replacing the rotors anyway since the MX72s trashed them at my last track day, so I figured I’d throw the ducts on while I was in there. Install takes like 10 min if you already have the rotors off.Verus?
How level does the floor have to be for those hub stands? I like the idea of them but my garage floor has a slight slope to itChecked and corrected my alignment with my hubstands preparing for Watkins Glen next week. Ended up with 1/32" (1mm) toe-in each rear wheel, zero toe up front, and -3.2 degrees of negative camber.

Honestly it has to be pretty flat and level to work right. The instructions don't really give a tolerance. How level does the floor have to be for those hub stands? I like the idea of them but my garage floor has a slight slope to it
Thoughts about the MCB in particular?Installed front and rear eibach sway bars and the verus brake master cylinder brace. Gonna see how it all feels at a track day tomorrow.
Yeah that’s what I’m worried about, if I leave my creeper unattended and don’t put a wrench or something behind one of the wheels it’ll definitely roll itself out into the streetHonestly it has to be pretty flat and level to work right. The instructions don't really give a tolerance.
You could reach out to Paco Motorsports. They're really friendly and I'm sure they'd have a better answer.
The main thing they talk about in the instructions is the car rolling away lol.
I chuckled at the thought of my dumb ass chasing my car on hubstands rolling into the street...but clearly that would really suck lmfaoYeah that’s what I’m worried about, if I leave my creeper unattended and don’t put a wrench or something behind one of the wheels it’ll definitely roll itself out into the street
Honestly I didn't notice that much of a difference in pedal feel, but it does help prevent over travel and firewall deformation.Thoughts about the MCB in particular?
Lol, I could definitely see myself trying to jump in and hit the breaks to try to stop it too. I’ll reach out to Paco and see what they say, thanksI chuckled at the thought of my dumb ass chasing my car on hubstands rolling into the street...but clearly that would really suck lmfao
I think it helped. Brake pedal definitely feels stiffer and it felt easier to do trail braking at the track yesterday.Thoughts about the MCB in particular?
Ah Paco! Haven't heard about them in years. I purchased a set of seat rails early in my MX5's life and was the very last time my wife rode in the carPaco Motorsports
