I’m light years behind you guys, but today it was finally warm enough (and not raining) to whack on my first CF bit!
Small things please small minds! 😂

Oh, and thanks to @Jesse DaBears for sending me these and a couple other bits to the UK ! Definitely works out cheaper for these parts than sourcing here! 👍

Yes, it's on all the time but you can hit the button underneath to see normal mirror. It also has a front and rear recording cam and its touch screen and you can playback your records right there in the mirror. It's the Rexing M2 Dash Cam. They have a new model Rexing M3 that also records what's going on in the cabin. Which is good for when a cop pulls you and says you were doing something you weren't. I want the Rexing M3 but already had the Rexing M2 I took out the BRZ.
Where’d you install the rear camera?

Gave the nut behind the wheel a significant tightening.

By the end of the day it was a cold (35F), wet, mud bath. Some mustangs showed up for the afternoon session and tore the place apart. 🤬😡 I seriously think they spent more time in the grass than on the course. Lots of fun though, the Supra is a ton of fun in the wet.

The camera bracket goes behind the license plate & frame. The camera itself goes over the plate. It can be angles up or down but doesn't matter it see alot and you can adjust the view from the mirror touch screen.

So, did they tell you your warranty was voided because of the unlock? If not then tell them to leave it alone.
No lol. They probably didn't even pay any attention to the fact that it was unlocked. It's just in and out procedure for them to stick the machine on the car and go with it. Also, it is a safety recall that I DID plan to have done before long, but just didn't want to have it done right in the moment lol. It is what it is, it needed to be done because my safety and the safety of others is far more important than the car having more power.

This ☝ is exactly why I don’t go back…. And the weakest link of Supra ownership, imo. We will have a Supra tech. Sorry we don’t have a Supra tech. We can reset your codes. Sorry we can’t reset your codes. We can do an alignment. We can’t do that kind of alignment. SPL parts… negative 2.5 camber is… ummmm…. we can’t do that 🙄 My closest Toyota service center is busier than they can handle and like a deer in headlights. The BMW dealer isn’t much better. So I pay an independent mechanic that is fabulous. Major peace of mind and overall better ownership experience. Will never use my “free” oil changes 😢 Despite that, the car is still way cheaper than a Vette or Porsche and puts a smile on my face every time I drive :)
That’s my debate, to use or not use the free oil changes. In addition, my car came with the Toyota care which adds an additional 2 oil change.

I do want to have the maintenance documented, so I guess I’ll have to roll the dice and let them service it.

After sitting for nearly a month because…

she finally got some TLC.

Still working on the break-in miles so no tune until then. Will likely wait until after I use my free track day on stock map. Then mods and tune after, but glad I have this option now when I’m ready.

Great track weekend so far. Really busy! Guess I’m not the only one trying to get my last track days in before it gets too hot 🥵
