Finally finished the subwoofer upgrade.
Wow! The difference is stellar!
This upgrade should have been done from the factory. No more rattles along with a serious bass punch.
The stock subs are really good but the installation design is horrible.
These subs need a port.

Tidied up Toyota's HUD design.

Since we can't code in a rev counter or rev light into the HUD, I coded it to be as clean as can be. No more speed limit information in the HUD, orange garnish is gone and even cruise control no longer clutters up my view.

Apologies for the potato quality photo.

~ I really wish I could find someone local (Columbus, Ohio) and detail oriented that I could pay to do this to my Supra.

It’s incredibly easy. There is plastic mesh on the back of the panel to help line things up. Almost a perfect fit for the 2” bit.

Thanks - was curious because it looks different than the others for sale as it includes the bottom of the tray (ie: matches the OEM part exactly) while most the others are just open on the bottom - maybe they are just covers that go on top instead of replacing?

This just continues to make me mad as it highlights how much space there is yet how little they do with it. Would kill for tachometer or blind spot indicators in the HUD...

Hmm.. while coding I did see a HUD blind spot monitor option - I might give it a try.
