Wow that looks like an awesome garage/house. Just a heads up, it sounds like we will be heading back to ABCC next summer for the September days again probably on the same weekend as last year so if you want to go definitely try to plan on signing up earlier this year and if I remember I will DM you as well.Put her away for the winter. ?

Not my house or car collection. Storing it with a buddy, who is very much a porschephile.Wow that looks like an awesome garage/house. Are you talking about the NASA weekend at Autobahn? I'll definitely plan to sign up early for it next year.
The final purchase was front and rear Verkline. Thanks everyoneBeautiful car and build ?
Now spend the extra $50 Bryan mentioned and get Verkline ?
Should've told him the door speakers make it plenty loud to hear the engine revs ?The final purchase was front and rear Verkline. Thanks everyone
The shop also suggested I get a front sway bar they said it would improve the handling,. Which I got. They said no need for (and maybe bad for a Rookie like me) to get custom rear sway as the car would need much more precision control on a more robust and rigid rear sway. So that will come after, when, and if, I am more experienced
The last bit of interaction was funny:
He goes: stock exhaust?
How do you hear the engine for the shifting? With your helmet on you won’t hear the engine and you will do dash rev shifting. You gotta learn to listen to and feel the engine”
(I drove manual for 25 plus years. And he’s actually right, I’ve never looked at the revs, is actually more of a feeling thing.)
Me:
Sir, for now I’m trying to stay in the gray part of the ground in the track. But will consider switching the transmission to manual in the near future.

Didn't notice anything with mine.Long overdo but finally installed. Versus heat shield. Did anyone get a smell after installing it? Maybe some of the cerakote burning off?
In that process as well. Still have to give it a bath, put on its pajamas, and read it a bedtime story.Oil change, sta-bil, battery tender, mouse traps(just in case), not to be seen again until March. ?
Give it a second look and be sure that no wire harness or plastic is touching the shield.Long overdo but finally installed. Versus heat shield. Did anyone get a smell after installing it? Maybe some of the cerakote burning off?
