What did you do with your stock wheels? (Non LE)

I'm strongly considering just getting new wheels for my 3.0 Premium (the two tones are terrible). I thought about getting them powder coated but decided against it. Is there much of a market for used non LE wheels or should I just leave them with the installer?

Of course there's a market. First those OEM 19s are forged wheels. Secondly, get them refinished and sell them on the Forum, Supra Facebook page or Ebay...They'll be sold in a matter of days and you'll get some money back to offset part of the cost of your new wheels.

Powder coated mine satin black. Happy with the look, pretty much stopped looking at aftermarket rims. Plus with military discount I paid $380 for dismount, powder coat, remount and balance with road force balancer. Actually rides smoother than before.

yeah as others have said, theres definetly a market. I sold my A91 wheels for 800$ without tires. Might have gotten more but i tend to sell low because i dont like exploiting fellow enthusiasts.

Or just keep them boxed up and wait 20+ years when they don't make them anymore and bring them back out for sale.. I am sure some mint oem wheels will be worth a little money

TBH I was shocked at how cheap some of the members here have been selling them. Forged 19x9 and 19x10 wheels - on 99.9% of car forums: take my $1500+ please!!

99.9% of the people selling their oem wheels will regret it in a few years when they decide to trade it in or sell it. But then again, most of the a90 owners on here love to throw away money when they sell it with all the mods on it....... lol

$1500 is on the higher side as if you go on the Toyota website and you can see brand new oem wheels are selling : LE wheels are actually significantly cheaper
Like baseball cards, now wouldn't be the time to be selling these anyways.
