I have a set of 4 locking lug bolts (one per wheel) that came with the car. I do not have the 4 OEM lug bolts that came off. This won’t be an issue when I install BMS spacers will it? I just ordered sets of 13mm and 15mm and was just wondering.

It seems to me like it should be no different than the stock parts, but I thought I would ask…

(edited, as I mentioned nuts, but it is actually lug bolts)

Lug nuts or lug bolts? Oem comes with lug bolts and unfortunately will not work with the spacers you mentioned.

That’s a personal taste question.

I like to live on the conservative side and I’m running Burger Tuning spacers in a 13mm rear and 10mm front.

Some like to aggressively push the wheels outside the fender (w/ 20-25mm) … I think it looks goofy and that one’s trying too hard… but as I mentioned… personal taste.

I see what you mean. I will not be using any of my stock bolts and/or the lock ones, just replacing all of them with the included longer ones…. No problem. I was thinking about spacers I had on my previous Z that had spacers that were built differently

Hmmm, now that you mention it, it may be lug bolts. I only had them off once, so I guess I forgot they were bolts not nuts….

What do I have to buy to make them work then?

And from where?

TIA

You can either buy extended lug bolts that will work with your spacers or run a stud conversion kit, with the sizes you mentioned. Anything over 65mm should be enough to let you use spacers.

You can buy extended lug bolts here, although the 15mm are on back order

and for the stud conversion

Just ordered a set of the BMS 13mm spacers for my fronts and 15mm for the rears. Looking forward to them arriving and installing them so I can share with you all.

For anyone else currently looking or on the fence, X-PH has them for the same price as the BMS website but with free shipping and a 5% off January coupon code: TAKE5 at checkout. My total came out to $188

Are these red lip things just bolted onto the factory sideskirts and rear diffuser?
My front lip, skirts, and rear diffuser are bolted and 3M.

lowered on swift springs, stock tires 13/15..

love the even drop on the swift springs. Very close to OEM rake and comfort.

If I stay stock tires would def recommend moving up to 15mm front and 18mm rears.
