those are the plastic bits on top, he is pointing to the metal bits underneath. Unless he really needs the plastic bit and is mistaken.

I assumed the plastic bit on top, as they are a touch fragile and I've seen several crack d/t people absently leaning on them. Guess we'll see!

Yup probably is so helpful either way! Just wanted to mention it in case he really means the metal, which would take something significant to crack.
