XHP Stage 3 experience

Hello I started using xhp stage 2 and then switched to stage 3 and overall its enjoyable but the only kinda issue im having is the car wanting to turn itself off when putting the car in park when im in comfort mode and i still have to hit the start button to fully shut it off. It did it in both stages so i figured it was a setting but I read through the custom settings and it doesn't seem to be a setting for that specifically. I do have it so it turns off the auto stop start but I wanted to see if im just missing a setting somewhere. Thanks.

Auto start stop can't be disabled by the apps anymore by normal means.

It works when in gear just fine. Its just when I put it into park. I have a 22 that was updated so my bimmerlink doesn't turn it off anymore but xhp still works fine. Like I said its only when I put the car into park.

weird ill have to try when my dme comes back, i tried it in XHP as well last week and it still shuts off. I'll have to take note whether it does it in gear or not.

Yeah idk brother I am gonna email xhp and see what they recommend. Wanted to check with the fourms first if its a basic setting that im just overlooking. But I hope you get yours figured out.

I have the same. Reached out to to XHP and the reply was that this es expected behaviour.
My experience is that this only happens in C mode when in park.

Yeah I also received the same response seem kinda weird that they promote it but then it reverts to stock settings in park and neutral. But what do I know?

The nerd in me kinda thinks that.

when in gear it sends an unrelated or unimportant data value to the ECU that tell it it’s out of nominal value preventing the stop/start from working.
For example in Merck’s if the consumer battery is “low” the stop start doesn’t work. So if you are able to somehow “ make that happen” with the battery being fine the stop start doesn’t work

Nobody should be shifting under heavy cornering. Stage 3 is fine. I've been using it for 3 track seasons, 50+ track days, 600whp+.

Yeah, you have to manual swap your supra. It's the only way.
