Aren’t the latest rumors reporting a 600hp / 485lbft V8? Supposedly; ISF, LSF, and LCF will share the same engine with different engine and transmission tunes. If so, I guess the rumors of a 4.0 TT V8 were true.

Rumor mills says the IS500 will have the NA V8 or the new Turbo V6 from the LS500.

Folks....get a MKV Supra, it will dust this thing. Just my opinion.

I think they are underrating it. I believe the RC-F can do it in 4.1 sec via C&D test.

Unless you have kids and can only have one car. Note to self, never having kids. Wrap it before you tap it.

There are a lot of positive comments and reaction on the German forums that I visit. If they do manage it have a starting pricing tag of around $55k; then for once it seems like Lexus has actually done something right for us average Joes without an unlimited budget.

Especially with the down sizing tend. A lot of people are poking fun at the next Mercedes C AMG being a 4 banger.

It would be incredible if they priced it to start at $55K but I think the price benchmark is the RC-F, which starts at $66K...
