Let me know if you have any questions regarding port injection. We just released a superior kit to market 2 months ago. Most people that even already had the EOS kit ditched it and purcahsed ours.

You can run up to ~E50 on stock fuel system. Higher ethanol than that will need port injection to run to full potential
Is there theoretically a way to get to E85 working without going to port? Like swapping the stock injectors and fuel pump for bigger ones? If not do you know what the limitation is? Personally Iā€™d rather not have 6 extra injectors i donā€™t have to

The only option would be a direct injection delete and run port injection only.. maybe if you went with a motec standalone? Sounds like a lot of work vs adding additional injectors and secondary controller.. good luck either way

You can run full E85 without port, but youā€™ll be making less power.

Is there any specific reason youā€™re wanting to go full E vs just running E50?

A few reasons, I want to maximize power with ethanol, I donā€™t want to have to worry about getting the right blend of 91 and ethanol each time I fill up. Do you know how much power you could make on ethanol without adding port injection (currently have a pure800 and tuned for 91 and making ~500whp)? I have flex fuel on another car and itā€™s great, donā€™t have to worry about what my blend of gas and ethanol, I can just fill up whenever, make great power, and not worry about it too much. Is it not possible to run flex fuel on direct injection alone? Even with a bigger fuel pump and injectors? Any other car Iā€™ve been in has traditional port injection. The Supra and direct injection is a new experience for me.

Not to be rude, but have you not searched the forums? There is plenty of info on here and other BMW forums talking about exactly this.. and what you're asking for simply doesn't exist. The only options currently available are the ones listed above. I suggest DM'ing someone like visconti and figuring out your best options.

unfortunately direct injection is a different animal and itā€™s not as simple as slapping a larger pump and injectors, which is why tuners are using supplemental injectors.

i was actually curious how the S58 motors can achieve higher power levels... looks like they run a double hpfp, but canā€™t say Iā€™ve seen anyone swapping them in.. kinda curious if itā€™s even possible

Is it possible to have a flex fuel tune without going to pi? What kind of power could you make safely?

Yes, you can have a flex fuel tune done but you need a Flex Fuel kit and a custom Ecutek tune. e50 will net the most power without maxing out the fuel system, which is why they make more power on e50. You can expect to make 475-500HP on an e50 Flex tune. I'd recommend Mikey Botti for tuning.

Good luck! The two links below should give you what you need.
