Might be understanding it wrong. On the window sticker it might be Wheel Lock which include the actual locking nuts and not just the opener tool. The Opener tool might be 30 so yea the the actual nuts and the opener tool are both thirty some dollars....

After months of being told the tires I ordered (RT660s) are no where even close to coming in, I ended up ordering the RT615s instead. Sad but at least I can use my new wheels this way. Tires will be in next week. Hopefully it stays under 100° this weekend so I can install my springs but thats not looking promising either.
