Thanks for posting the part numbers.

I wonder if a faulty oil pressure assembly leads to excessive consumption and low oil then as a result scoring in the cylinders.

No not yet I had to go back and they created a case with toyota just waiting on toyota on what they gonna do! We all know it’s the oil level sensor…..
