Replacing/Repairing Interior Bits

A few days ago I noticed one of the cupholder's fasteners hadn't sprung back after removing my cup. I assume the spring must have popped out but I have no idea how I'd go about fixing this.

Also had my Engine Start/Stop button's lettering break off from the N and the plastic it's exposed is pretty sharp and has already slashed my finger. I want try to replace it but I haven't got a clue how to remove the button.

Has anybody done any work on these parts of the car or know how to get them open? If it's not too difficult I'd like to give it a shot else the car is still technically within warranty so I could always take it to the dealer if worse comes to shove.

In regard to the button look up the instructions for any aftermarket start stop replacement. It’s typically clay that is applied to the button then an aggressive pulling motion

You can remove the armrest/cupholder assembly pretty easily.
First remove the rubber lining at the bottom of the cupholders, use something (soft) to pry it up and away. There are two T20 screws to remove. Then the rest is held in by metal clips, use moderate force to pull the armrest up. The cupholders are attached to the armrest by a handful of T20's as well. But hopefully, you can fix what it is without needing to remove or replace the cupholders.

If you need to replace it the part number is 55620-WAA01

Yes. It took w lot longer than in video ? just keep at it. I used detail putty to stick and pull it out

How's the new button working out? Any fit issues?

If this tip helps, I used 3m double sided super strength tape. Heated it up a lot. Stuck it to the button and then attached a handle of a screwdriver to the tape. Yanked on it and it worked, the putty didn’t do it for me.

I used a heat gun but a hair blow drier would work well too!

My issue is I just want a single small piece inside the cupholder that’s spring loaded. I don’t want to buy the whole damn assembly lol. Literally one tiny plastic piece ?

The sad part is, I had my dealer replace it for free and it's already broken again..

I barely put stuff in my cupholder as it is so unless I'm not being gentle enough with putting my drinks in there, it's just bad build quality imo
