Flashed XHP stage 2 along with takeoff in 2nd gear. Feels much smoother and better daily driving, although on hard pulls the car doesn’t shift fart anymore… almost sounds like shifting in comfort mode. If I’m halfway on the gas it’ll still fart though. Overall pretty happy with the purchase! Also went out for some late night photos.

That looks fantastic. How long of a wait did you have from order to delivery? I've been planning on getting the 67" but trying to wait till AFTER the holidays to spend more money..
It was about 10 days from order to shipping out the door...then a couple days after that for it to arrive across country.

I ordered through Vivid Racing since their shipping rates are lower than APRs...which is where the wing will ship from since nobody carries the wing in stock.

I can give you Sean's contact info over at VR if you want the best deal.

Got my first ever nail in tire. Of all 4 cars I've ever owned, my first had to be on the Supra. Wasn't on sidewall, local tire shop should be able to seal it right?

Holy shite dude! Driving in the rain or wet track is one thing, that is no joke ?. Glad you survived!!! And glad to see you’re heading to an income tax free State. Say hi to Elon Musk ?
Scary AF not going to lie got detoured to 2 mountain passes that required snow chains. Took like 3 hrs to get turned around with thr car to drive backwards another 2 hours to a road to go around. Crazy man just made it to Arizona to fleshing up and get a hot shower

So much construction down here, we get them all the time. Five cars in the family. I have two places that I use regularly for patch/plug/or hybrid. There’s a whole thread on this forum somewhere where people can debate on what type of plug to use. If you really want to get picky about it :) I personally wouldn’t sweat it unless it’s not holding air after the repair. Worse case, you buy a better set of tires than those stock ones, keeps those as a spare or sell em.

Got a little festive with the Supra this year, might not be everyone’s thing, but I thought it was cool and the reactions have been priceless, especially from the kids that see it.

Each to their own but that crap would never make it anywhere near my paintwork, or anywhere else either for that matter.

I like it. I am currently riding around with a life sized Jack Skellington in the passenger seat.

They’ll usually do it if it’s like 1/2” or more in from the sidewall for liability purposes. If it’s too close to the sidewall, most shops will say no, but if you ask, they’ll likely also know of a local shop that will do it.

That’s how I found a shop that will mount worn tires (drift spares) and plug tires really close to the sidewall (still held air!).

Well today I’m having the brake recall done. This causes some hassle for me as I bought the car (from a dealer) with mods already done. In a nutshell I’m losing the tune, and swapping back to the stock DP for the time being. It’s sucks but the silver lining is I’m not coming out of pocket for the labor as the dealer (not Toyota) sold me a car without a cat so they will swap the DP at no charge. I don’t have any info on the tune / license so I can’t have it re-coded without new purchase and would have to get the ecu unlock again anyway. My outlook is ok, I’d rather reset and move forward so that I know what has been done to my car outside of bolt-on mods. I might decide to put the DP up for sale (titan cat-less) and get a high flow cat’s DP.

A shout out to Bill Penny Toyota for no hassle/rejection of work. The service department and tech has been very helpful. If you’re in the Huntsville area and looking for a dealer I recommend them. Hopefully you get the same service.
