Tire makes noise in while turning

I had my supra for almost 8 months and 13000 miles. I just came across an issue last week whenever I turn right I could hear my front left tire making noise which is driving me crazy. My tires are brand new and I am on stock suspensions and no spacers. Anyone ran into this issue and fixed it?

I have the same issue when I drive too fast. Makes something like hiiiiiiiiiiiiii... Very annoying!

Joke apart, something is probably rubbing. Check your tire for marks
