Installed Versus heat shield and aftermarket Supra badge.
Anyone else say F it to the bottom screw on the heat shield?
Heck yes. F that last screw. It’s floating around the bottom engine tray or down in the sewers at this juncture. Pennywise can have that effin thing.

First mods arrived for a car I don't even have yet ?
I did the same thing. The car doesn’t need much to track regularly. However, this car market (waiting) and forum = want > need. Hope you get her soon!

GO Crush it at work! I'm sure I can search up the forum thread and find it. You Rock!
Thanks bud! Here’s the most helpful thread imo:

It may not be for everyone but I actually enjoy the process. It only took a day or two to locate. Best motivation - the dealers that tell you “you won’t find that car for MSRP”

Did you have a small child install the bottom screw? I spent 45 mins bent over (back is killing me now) trying to get that damn thing in only to finally losing it to Davey Jones Locker.

I put the 4 small screws holding the 2 pieces together in prior to installing in engine bay

The versus heat shield was a lot easier than expected and took me only 10 minutes
FTP charge pipe was ok, stock pipe was Pita to take out since it's one piece.
Damn pcv hose thing broke while installing the AMS intake. Who ever designed this needs to be slapped
In the end it was worth it for the upgrades and took about 2 hours total including having to replace the pcv hose

Installed my AA catted downpipe. Was worth the money for the smile alone.

Quite a few with the AA catted downpipe. It seems like the hands down most popular. Is it because there is no engine light?

I spent the day at Club Motor Sports working on the driver. I tested out the Eibach front sway bar (set middle) and Verus MC brace. At my speed lvl no significant understeer issue at all. I had two minor oversteer events easily corrected.

Just upgraded mine to AA. Guarantied no CEL, fairly strict emissions in Northern VA, residential living. Plus @scandalantha already has one in her 2022 and I loved the sound!

So it really must be the Cat that is the restriction as it tapers down to the 80mm OEM exhaust

Yea all the GESI catted downpipe are basically the same so just pick the one you want. I personally run a MAPerformance downpipe with a GESI cat and also no CEL.
