Looks like you take after your Doctor eddie. What the fuck i gotta pm your sorry ass about i just stated an observation i see several forum members complain about already, take it how you will, you not even tuned by him yet and your already riding his meat
Lol I don’t even know the guy. I’m new here. Someone said to use him to tune my car. I wanted Jesse but he doesn’t tune ECUTEK. So is he any good or just have an attitude like you. I didn’t mean to be offensive if you take it that way. I just want it done right the first time so I can move on. Literally…

In my experience, he’s a good tuner with an attitude. His responses to questions are often short, to the point, and have a bit of an edge to them that can definitely rub people the wrong way. But he gets the job done well and quickly.

I regret trying to make the car look good. Too expensive to go for appearance and speed..

Unless you’re @Mimosa

For me, it was not doing my DD (or enough of it) before getting too deep with jb4 + custom maps. I wished I would've just gone down the unlock route (not so much clone) and call it a day. Jesse's work and maps are the bomb though.

My Twisted Tuning transmission mounts. They're fantastic if you spend your life in sport mode above 3K RPM, but they're just miserable for daily driving. I'm taking them out and will be trying a softer 70A bushing from PowerFlex. They're still firmer than stock, but much softer than the TT mounts. I'm hoping that strikes a happy medium.

I'm pretty happy with all my other mods.

RB brake disks. They may be lighter, but this happened on the track. Apparently, it is my fault for using too aggressive pads.
Probably a bed in issue. Sorry to hear brother. When changing pads (new compound) I’d use a low grit sandpaper - remove the previous transfer film. Some just bed the ? out of them with the new pads. I’d still do both :)

I like rotors from RockAuto.com. Inexpensive and just buy one grade above the bottom (high moisture area). That way they don’t rust and get your significant other upset.

No offense but I don’t give a shit about someone’s personality if they can do their job right. My dr is an asshole but I wouldn’t go to anyone but him because he knows his stuff. So what’s the word on Visconti as far as his tuning goes. I havnt used him but someone recommended him for my ECUTEK tune when I go to a Pure800.

please feel free to pm me if you don’t want to respond on here.
The advantage of someone personable, is that they can gather a lot more info from others and become better at what they do. The best docs I know have this kind of attitude. You don’t reach your pinnacle after med school. You continually improve, everyday. Kinda like the girl in your pic. She knows everything and doesn’t need to listen to anyone else ;)

  1. 777 Door pulls - Too janky
  2. Not installing all the SPL stuff when I had it. I should have sucked it up and dropped the subframe.
  3. Buying anything from EastCoastSupra or Rexspeed. Hot garbage.
  4. Buying EVS fenders assuming they would just fit.

I’ve never heard of a bed in issue causing a rotor to rip itself in half

The mod I regretted the most was the Rexpeed carbon rear diffuser overlay. I don’t want to speak badly of Rexpeed because most everything else I get from them has been beautiful and in my experience they have great customer service, but this piece was very disappointing and of course you need to cut the stock black plastic fin off for it to even fit. On the bright side it made me just go for it and I replaced everything with the Seibon MB front lip, side skirts, and rear diffuser kit because of it.
I'm in the same boat as you. I don't want to bash Rexpeed because I've gotten good stuff from them before. But I purchased their A91 rep wing and it did not fit well. The drivers side edge of the wing does not sit flush. So I contacted them about it and their customer service was great, they got me a replacement right away. Only thing was, the replacement was 10x worse ? . I should have just went with an OEM one from toyota, just don't want to spend the ridiculous $1000 that it costs.
