Something's fucky with those pictures. The A90 is always positioned in the foreground, and even in the side-by-side shot, I think it's forward. It's no way *that* much bigger than the A80.

I'll get a picture tonight - my A80 is on the hoist, and my A90 underneath it.

Agreed. I have markers on my garage floor so that I can pull up to them and still close the door while having as much room as possible in front. I know the Supra has a relatively short wheelbase... but the marker is farther back than any other car I've owned and I, subjectively, have more room in front of this car than any other. It's a pretty small car.
I'm also aware that *most* people that compare the MKIV and MKV are MKIV fans so will do and say just about anything to make the MKV seem less attractive. I get it and am fine with it... but be real to us that you have a bias.
But I digress....

Absolutely. The A90 is shorter in length and height than the A80, but wider. If anything, it looks pointier and more lithe than the A80

Funny you mention that. I had to remove the right side of my lift because the Supra wouldn't fit. I had the lift fitted to my Evo. The Supra must be about 2 to 4 in wider. Now, I get to redrill the holes in my garage and put in new inserts so I can use it
My other card doesn't fit either, it turns out. But it's a boat.

Is the body itself actually wider? I'm wondering how Toyota measures width. Are they including the mirrors? Because I know the new one has way larger units vs the MK4.
