Summit Point this season. Some fast cars
You and @kaj are hauling asssssss ? Probably destroy my times down here! Or make me faster ? I do like making more new Porsche, Vette, and high end Mustang friends. Jason doing it with 91 octane is insane. At least I have a downpipe, loud arse exhaust and 93 octane to throw me around in my stock seats, lol. Knee pads a must!

I love how both of you keep your cars stock’ ish and let experience speak for itself. Bravo ??

Wife and i got offered to go to the 1st PCA event of the year down here @Sebring. Itā€˜s sold out. We’re going to be on vacation. Otherwise, we’d go for sure. You two should consider vacation homes down (over) here for winter driving ?

If I can beat "meh" drivers in GT3s, you should have no problem.
But ... You also have no excuses. ?
Well, for now only one 620hp Supra with aero can hang with big boys here (gt3rs etc), rest ~500hp ones are getting smoked, so will see how it goes when I put everything together, that will be a challenge :D

Same here this time of year. Everyone and their mother comes to Florida in the winter for our weather. Insert Sebring being such a beast of a track and you see it all. Huge semi trucks with team logos or manufactures testing. Many moving up in the racing scene ranks from all over the world. Which is really cool, gotta admit. You can sign guests up to a Chin event for example, to see all the exotics & pros driving. But the tracks are locked down otherwise, during our 6 month summer.

The race shop has so much business, they defer oil changes and basics to other places. I’m honestly lucky to know the owner and get worked in this time of year for more than brake pads. My ā€œlittleā€ town doubles in population and it’ll stay that way until after Easter.

I'm selling my OMP. Would already have brackets and sliders, saving you the three weeks and $500 I spent figuring out what works in our cars. ?
Best seat I've ever used.

This is reaffirming my decision to get a Supra over an F8X. I can get one of those when I'm older and less inclined to modify everything ?ā€?
Mine is for sale. Base model, so perfect starting point. You get the weight savings for free. No points. ? Plus the seats are pretty sweet, if you're a fan of the alcantara version.

Haha! Have you posted a for sale post? I see you're in Cali but I do know someone who picks up and ships cars. I have some edirB seats (red with CF backs) that I'm waiting to put in the right car but the alcantaras are a preference for me too.

Took me two years to find a base model in yellow. It's a shame to sell....I don't want to....but I bought a third toy and can only fit two in the garage.
A friend of mine transports cars if you happen to be along the southern part of the country between California and Florida.
I have a for sale ad. It just has a few exterior pictures. I was waiting to take interior pictures until I put the driver seat back in.
I can take some now, though if you want. It's all stock, though. Nothing to see other than a driver seat that has no wear on it because it took it out right away.
We could move the conversation to PM. if you like, to keep from cluttering up the thread further. Lemme know!
Either way, good luck with your search. You're going to love the car. I certainly do.

Found your for sale post actually lol congrats on the new project! It's a bit out of my range and I'm guessing the shipping to NJ would add to that. GLWS though! It's very clean.

Do you need SPL rear suspension parts or are there specific Spl parts that work just fine?? Like Toe links with eccentric lockouts, Traction links or Upper rear lateral links?? Also would you need a Rear Diff Brace or is this overkill???

You don’t ā€œneedā€ any of it :)

In order of pace: CRS --> AR1 --> V730 --> ECF

CRS is one of the fastest super 200's.

V730's last longer than CRS for sure.

CRS is better than the AR1 in every way and basically the same price. The AR1's are so annoying to drive on the street because of the noise and vibrations. CRS are kittens compared. CRS are also faster and wear better than AR1's.

Top of the Super 200's and all very very very very close in pace are A052/CRS/RE71RS

CRS are MUCH better with temp than A052 and RE71RS. A052 are time attack tires and turn into mush.
Do CRS have the same camber requirements as A052?

+1 on this. You don't need any of that stuff until you get to a point where you NEED it.
