Believe it or not the torque actually ripped multiple mount points from the AWE exhaust, including the bracket and muffler the bracket was attached to.... so It's staying crooked until the sp1r arrives to replace it. ?

Here's a pic of one of the failures, along with some diff fluid from my trashed CV housing on one of the stock axles... for your OCD ?❤
Holy crap that's insane!

Did you reach out to them to warranty that? That def shouldn't happen.

I changed my rear diff fluid, and scrubbed the glue from the wrap off the car.....

one handed, because I'm about a week out of shoulder replacement surgery ?

It's definitely my fault for being rowdy with the car, I wouldn't feel right asking for a replacement.

Oshkosh
I mean unless you were off-roading the car or hooning around in a lot full of large rocks I'd say that they'd most likely be willing to help you out on that one.

Well, not very close to me at all then. I'm in the Duluth area but further north.

Ran into another Supra yesterday. Chill guy. Pulled over and chatted a couple minutes. Didn't ask if he was on the forums or not though. Made me think about getting AWE exhaust. lol. Maybe after the catless dp.

Car is looking good, but please for the love of god (once your shoulder heals up) adjust and straighten out those exhaust tips!

I know its not my car but my OCD can't handle it :confused1:
First thing I noticed too!

I installed the heritage tail lights, rexspeed 3rd brake light, tri function side markers. I didn't connect the cables for the side markers cause it got late. I had a boost logic catless dp installed by The Shop Houston and now my AWE track exhaust sounds even more insane. It went from gunshots to dynamite sounds.

In 8 more days, I will have had my Supra for exactly 3 years. I only have 12k miles on it. I am actually jealous that you get to use yours so much. Would love a supra as a daily but can't afford 2!
12k it still pretty healthy number. As you guessed, it’s been my daily since I picked it up in June 2020. Living in New York has allowed me to understand it in a variety of weather conditions, some less ideal than others, but all part of the story.

Did my first transmission fluid change ever. I found out the hard way the torque wrench I had on hand wasn't going to cut it when I overtorqued one of the pan bolts and broke it. Luckily it wasn't too hard to remove since the bolt threads through an open hole so I could start reversing it from the top and then use pliers to finish reversing it out from the bottom side. Ended up going to Harbor Freight and buying one of the Icon inch pound wrenches and it was so much better.

Really glad I got the quickjacks during black friday, I can almost sit cross-legged while underneath the car.
