Mis-sold pcp finance with Toyota financial services

I did also, was going to finance half via my credit union, but they pissed me off.

I asked the manager how much interest they would get from that loan, she answered, I asked if what they did is worth risking that interest plus my business, she refused to budge, I told her to check the loan now (it was literally 1-2 days old max) and it was paid in full. Moved my entire savings on top of that, had her check that also, seeing how it was quite a large sum. Hung up after laughing at her for being stupid, then did the survey.

I'm assuming the mis-sell would relate to final value or exit options?

I believe it’s to with dealers putting on secret commission, with out telling the customer. Give it a quick google and it’ll give you more information. Uk only though, just wondering if anyone else has put a claim in aswell.

Thats true, but in some cases there were hidden fees which is why this has become a thing, I have heard Blackhorse (Lloyds) have earmarked 1billion for the pay outs for this.

I tried this with a HP agreement PSA (Stellantis) I had a few years back, didn't work, they said it was all done right.
