Mis-sold pcp finance with Toyota financial services

Anyone on here going through or have had a successful claim on the pcp miss selling thing?

They actually tried to get me to finance mine even though I was buying outright!

Isn't this still being investigated for now? I heard you can put a complaint in to get in a 'virtual queue' while the companies await the verdict...

I traded my LC500 for it, so they had to pay me!

I did also, was going to finance half via my credit union, but they pissed me off.

I asked the manager how much interest they would get from that loan, she answered, I asked if what they did is worth risking that interest plus my business, she refused to budge, I told her to check the loan now (it was literally 1-2 days old max) and it was paid in full. Moved my entire savings on top of that, had her check that also, seeing how it was quite a large sum. Hung up after laughing at her for being stupid, then did the survey.

I'm assuming the mis-sell would relate to final value or exit options?

I believe it’s to with dealers putting on secret commission, with out telling the customer. Give it a quick google and it’ll give you more information. Uk only though, just wondering if anyone else has put a claim in aswell.

I would assume that all dealers get a cut when they sell PCP. That feels absolutely normal!
