So I placed an order with A90 Shop on 5/31 but there hasn't been any updates on order status or tracking numbers via email. Today is 6/7. For those of you who bought things from the site-is this normal?

They used to be known for fast despatch and delivery in the past, but the last two items I ordered from them were also very slow to be shipped out, over a week and close to two weeks. They are also very slow at responding to emails, 3 days can go by until a response is sent.

Depends on what you ordered. Had something similar

I just heard back from A90 Shop-apparently there was a confusion about the parts availability. It is on back order. Not the best experience for my first order with the company. I requested refund and ordered from another vendor.

How long did it take them to reply to you?

Faster than me then. Atleast you made other arrangements to resolve it
Interesting because whenever I occasionally order from them and I have issues or questions they respond within 30 mins to an hour for me lol

- As far as receiving products, it depends on whether or not they have it in their inventory. Usually 1-2 weeks but I've gotten parts within the same week. Some products are sent directly from the supplier in which case it'll take a bit longer.

JK rubicon. Corolla daily. Soon…‘24 A90.
I find their shipping cost to be overly exorbitant. $185 USD ($285 AUD) in shipping to send a couple of $200 USD carbon hood vents to Sydney Australia. Seems like they make money off the shipping also. In contrast, bought some mirror caps from Nevada, $70 shipping.

My guess is soon as they read this thread. I sent them an email this morning as well.
As a follow-up to my previous post about A90 Shop experience: turns out that there were a few manufacturing delays from Dinan. How I even found out about it is by contacting Dinan directly.
Where I think the things could have improved is Dinan providing manufacturing update to the sellers and the sellers to the customers. I want to clear the air and say that Dinan could have done a better job with communication and this was not entirely A90 Shop's fault. I'd still shop at A90 Shop.

It's a common issue these days as the number of outlets that actually stock items is dwindling. Most are just resellers now and have zero idea of availability from the wholesaler/manufacturer. A lot don't even keep track of whether or not a component is still actually in production. They often only find out themselves after you've ordered and paid up front and they place the order with the manufacturer to find it's no longer available although they still list it on their website shop. For expensive items I always email and ask whether or not they actually have the item in stock. If they don't respond then I assume they don't and go elsewhere.

Sorry to hear about the confusion with A90 Shop and the back-ordered parts. It’s disappointing when a first order doesn’t go smoothly. Hopefully, the other vendor provides a better experience!
