my advice to you.. if the dealership you went to isn't offering any further help, as in you've spoken to the GM, etc., try another dealership. research your area for one with a better reputation
another thing you can do is show the techs that someone other than you is experiencing the same issue and are in need of a solution, such as:
several people have updated their iLevel and did not experience what you guys did, so obviously something is wrong. however, you need to adjust your attitude and approach to finding a solution
Your 3rd option is very bad advice because BIMMER code doesnt even have options for Navigation or TPMS. Do you want him to fry his ECU?
