13mm up front
15mm in the rear
These are the most common sizes for our cars, I went with these sizes also and I think they are perfect for a non poke flush fitment. I went with Burger Motorsports spacer.

12mm front and 15mm rear is a good option but with 305/35 tires you might need to go little smaller in the rear like 12mm.

I was wondering if he was actually running stock wheels if he was stretching the rubber that much on the back. If it is indeed stock wheels I'd probably agree and but also I'd go with 12 front and 15 rear (what I've got on mine) instead since he's also stretching the fronts.

This is not exactly what you are asking, but wanted to mention that you can fit a 275-35-19 or 285-35-19 up front without any spacer with the OEM wheel and springs. With the 285, there's about .1 inches between the tire and spring perch. With this in mind, you might consider waiting to buy spacers.

For the rear, you might be better off with a 285 or 295.

I had 12mm front and 15mm rear spacers. Fit just perfect in my opinion :)
Lowered on Tein springs and stock tire dimensions for reference.

With those tire sizes don't get spacers.

I have 285r (15mm spacers) and 265 fr (13 mm Spacers) and I rub very very slightly on hard corners with bumps. Otherwise stance is perfect. With spacers adn an additions 20mm rear, you're definitely going to rub. I'm on H&R springs btw.

In your opinion, what do you think would be the best spacer size with the widest tire?
I really don't want to rub at all; I had a nightmare with my previous sports car.

I also want to be on H&R.
