I tried searching this issue but couldn’t find any info.

2022 3.0L Premium (stock)

I picked my car up today from some PPF warranty work, and during my drive my music just cut out. Volume was a hair over half. It didn’t work in radio, Sirius, Spotify, etc. As a matter of fact, ASD didn’t even work.

I checked fuse F217 and found it to be blown. Upon trying to replace it with a new 40A fuse, it immediately blew. I tried another fuse and it started smelling like an electrical short in the car. Seems like the amp is blown?

Any help?
Thanks in advance

You could try disconnecting the wiring at the amp. If another fuse doesn't blow, it could imply that something is up inside the amp. If another fuse does blow, it would imply that there's something up with the power wire between the fuse and the amp itself, maybe something pinched it in the trunk for example.

Thanks for this. I’ll look into it
