Wow...and people were saying it was a one-off. Seeing a trend here.

Guess this is another testiment for the premium cost to American Panda badges. Mine have been great for many years and I've even swapped the emblem out to a BMW.

Given that you can easily dispute the charge and get your money back, i dont know why they dont just refund you, it takes them minutes to do so. They already did most of the work with the communication and providing the return label

I usually submit a dispute claim to my credit card company regardless I use paypal (which is tied) by the 10th day if not resolved by then. The store and credit institution can work out the finances over on their end, and I am not liable to pay for the crap.

I will say I had a similar experience. However, although not very timely, they did end up making it right by sending replacement. I would just be persistent.
There is a cost to the “cheaper” route.

This is a case where you truly pay for quality hence the premium in panda, Juan badges, etc.

I have color matched panda badges and they are very nice quality but $$$. The Supra script is OK from emblemsOnly.

Wish I had seen their reviews before placing my order this month. It's been 7 days since I placed my order and have been trying to get a hold of them for shipping info. They were quick to answer a few questions prior to ordering, then suddenly went quiet. I will give them a few more days. If nothing, I will request a refund. If no word, they'll deal w/my cc co.

What a world we live in now where seven days is considered a long time for something to ship.
i'm concerned most about communication. If a company fails in communication that is a failure in service. if they could provide an ETD, i'd be good. but failing to reply their online mssg system and IG dm, is not right, esp when their site specifically states to reach out via these modes.
