CV lifespan on racetrack?

Coming from a platform where CV life is 3-4 events between repacks, what has the lifespan of the CVs shaken out to be on the supra? Thanks

60+ events and no issues. Some people with after market exhausts and/or diffusers melt a boot.

are cv issues a general miata thing, or exocet-specific? don't think I've ever heard of problems that often on a RWD car - only on FWD where there's heat and articulation

Race car thing in general. With fast Miata you just have a tiny CV and a small tire making lots of CV rpm and poor drive line angles. Add a 550hp V8 and they don't last long

Like Razorlab, (before my banning), I was doing many many many events on factory CVs and they never once skipped a beat. And I'm doing road Atlanta and barber, mostly. Don't fret it!
