Just a heads up that the AJHartman canards can trigger the parking sensors. In his installation video, AJ mentions that you should tape the canard on, and drive around to confirm it doesn't trigger. The video then proceeds to drill the top canard's leading edge at the midpoint of the reflector. I did the same thing, and found that I needed to mount the canard at about 1/4 of the way down, rather than 1/2 to avoid it randomly going off while on an empty road. Driving around is fine, but I've noticed that it will sometimes trigger when oncoming cars drive past (for example, when you're in a left turn lane).

New topic. Did jackie ding ever post a video of the fender (c-pillar?) mount for his wing? it looks like he switched it awhile ago, but I honestly didn't notice until just recently.

Jackie covers the change I believe in this video link below. I have a feeling he's going to be moving away from the M2 he's currently driving and either back to the Supra or another chassis. The M2 is way off pace even with new aero and stripping the weight out.

Received my photos from my Poconos Raceway track day. Hooked on Driving NE offered me the chance to do Megacourse totally for free, so that I have a baseline of what the experience should feel like (I'm assisting with the development of a HoD Mid-Atlantic chapter).

I was blown away by the level of professionalism and fun environment they provided. Check them out if you're in the area!

Videos are on my YouTube but honestly nothing exciting to share as I was focused on the experience, not times.

Can I get some advice on my tire wear?
Nankang CR-S 275/40/18 squared

At the track already, but think they’ll last another 8x20m sessions? Otherwise I’ll need to buy some cup 2s here and they’re expensive af

Look fine. Although you could use some more negative camber.

sorry for the dumb question to come but when installing the rear tow hook, is the tow hook panel supposed to just dangle in the air the whole time? I feel like that’s gonna fly off on the track at some point.

Or is there a another better tow hook mounting spot?

Haven’t been putting my hook on at all in the past but the org is being strict today

Flip them on the rim. Need more neg camber and possibly more pressure (consult pyrometer)

I've run countless sets of CRS. that is pretty normal in how they wear, but more negative camber wouldn't hurt. What are you at currently @Mori ?

The CRS will heat cycle out before even thinking you have to flip the tire on the wheel. Waste of money to do that with CRS, just put the mounting cost to a new set.

Like mentioned, people will usually put as much negative camber as your setup will allow w/out rubbing (compressed during a hairpin turn) up front. Those tires should make it another day or two, depending on how hard you push it.
