Looks and feels great. Looks a bit bigger in this picture than it is in real life. It's a 330mm. Clicky paddle shifters feel as good as advertised

Don't really need to remove the steering wheel at this point, but that's going to change soon as i have seats on the way. So....got this 3D printed hook that hangs off the visor and holds the wheel.

Placed an order for a Verus rear diffuser from A90shop, and yeesh, the shipping cost on checkout was $300. A day later they messaged me and said this:

So i just cancelled my order and re-ordered it from somewhere else.

Being a car guy who lives this far away from many of the bigger vendors can be tough sometimes.

Have quite a bit of work planned this coming week.

First of all, getting some PPF work done for the carbon fiber parts. Wing, splitter and mirror caps.

After that going to install a Wagner intake manifold. Really excited about that one.

Have some Paragon 2 piece rotors on the way

Finally also need to install the color matched carbon fiber fenders

The paint match turned out a lot better than i expected tbh. I was mentally prepared to deal with something that wasn't completely on point...but nope, looks great. Got the paint done locally. My mechanic (well, the owner) recommended a local shop that turned out to be great.

The fitment is also pretty good. As good as OEM. Another thing that surprised me. I believe these are direct from China. I got them off a fellow member here.

Rear diffuser is on. Clears the ARK exhaust i have on without any modifications.

We ran into some issues with the seats and the fenders vents. The APR fender vents don't seem to want to sit flush against the hood. Some tweaking is gong to be necessary to seal the small gap. Not too happy about that.

For the seats/brackets/mounting plate...no hardware was supplied. Did not expect that. Also, it seems like the OEM bar is not as robust as a harness bar should be. Going to use it for now anyway until the proper harness bar arrives in a week or so.

You going to be able to drive it on track with all that beautiful work done? I’d be crying 1st time I go 2 off or even worse, overshoot a corner and start mowing the lawn.

Oh man i don't even want to think of that. Luckily our tracks here are pretty forgiving. We have 2 main tracks, Dubai Autodrome and Yas Marina ( a combined 8 layouts i believe). Both have tons of runoff space. Yas is an F1 circuit, so it's obv huge, but even Dubai Autodrome has plenty of runoff space in most places. And no grass lol.

I think this pic sort of illustrates that point. You can still find a way to hit a wall or something, but generally speaking the tracks are pretty forgiving.

This is genuinely one of the craziest vendor experiences i've ever had. I'm going to use timestamps.

May 20th
So i ordered a steering wheel hub from JQWerks. It comes with a few extra buttons, but to map those buttons you'd have to order a separate module that they sell. I do want to map those extra buttons, so i ordered the module.

May 27th
My order arrives. Sweet. Except, no module. So i message their support email

May 30th
I get the below response from Kyle, the GM. I clicked on the tracking link, and whatever was in that package was delivered to GA, USA. I live in Dubai, UAE. So i told Kyle that the package was delivered to someone else.

June 4th
After a few reminders, he respnded with a confirmation that he'll ship my missing item to me "tomorrow". Alright

June 14th
He then sends me this, which is basically him telling me that the address is correct, and the item was delivered from the start. Take a look at the name he's using to address me (Wassim). That's my name. Then take a look at the name in the order he shared (Jathan). I'm Wassim, I live in Dubai, i drive an AT Supra, and i'm missing a module that i ordered on the 20th of May. The order he shared is for Jathan, who lives in GA, drives an MT BMW, DID NOT EVEN ORDER THE DAMN MODULE, and placed his order on the 9th of may. Jathan's order was delivered on the 17th, which is 3 days before i even placed my order.

Different name, different country, different order, different car. Different everything, but the guy is trying to convince me that I'm Jathan, and that's my order.

I tried to not be an ass while responding to Kyle. It was not easy. He's gone MIA. This whole thing is insane.

I don't know how this is going to end. If he offers me a refund, that would actually be a terrible outcome for me, because he almost certainly wouldn't refund the shipping cost, which costs as much as the module itself. So i'd be around $150 out of pocket if i wanted to re-order the item after being "refunded"
