Kinda like this, which look a lot like the mk4 lights just in modern form. Round lights inside

All of the rear "shots" and drawings look great so i dont think we have to worry about that.

I love Toyota Supra , Mazda rx-8 , Nissan Z (350Z AND 370Z) , Fiat 500
so that means a liitle tribute to tailights of mk4 with modern feel? and these prototypes design (that you put below) are the official design from what your dad saw of the supra?

It think so, but the taillights are subject to change i think, since there has been several different test cars on the road with different taillights. There is no photo of the exact car, so nothings official.

Those round lights aren't production. They are just place holders that BMW uses during early stages of testing.

does your dad wear glasses by chance? lol don't really think the ft1 taillights look like mk4's...and the more recent mules seem to suggest they are going for the ft1 look.

just goes to show..

The thing is that you can show a group of people the same exact thing, and all of them would either described it or redraw it slightly differently. Another example is those eyewitness terrorist attack; each person recount of the event will also slightly variety. It is just human nature.

well you did say your dad thought the taillights reminded him of the mk4's but the most recent mules suggest they will end up looking like the ft1's taillights. means either he is mistaken or there will be a lower trim with different lights (which I doubt)

It was pretty close to the FT-1, the wing was not up. Round tailights and exhaust tips. Nice garage dude, C63 204 and a MK4 Supra, doesnt get much better than that! My dad has a 2018 E63S, and im currently in the process og buying a C200 204, 2010 model:drive:
Cheers mate, keeps me pretty broke. The 204 is a fantastic car and the E63 is a weapon!

Did you dad notice if there was a retractable wing there, or just couldn't see one?

A70TTR already confirmed

a) was a pre production prototype shown to dealers
b) different lights for spec A and spec B
I'm little confused as it sounds like only one prototype was shown...if there is indeed a lower spec model with different taillights, why did toyota choose to show that particular variant? (especially considering the more production looking or supposedly higher spec model has been running around)
