Assuming this is real:
Only the "A91-MT Edition" gets the tan interior. The are multiple other manual options with black interior. What's not clear to me is the two letter prefix - BA, BD, BK, etc..
Your DA will certainly play a part. However I'm speaking from what I've personally witnessed vs rando forum posts. That said, after asking around the 10s car I'm referring did have cams so "FBO" is debatable. Another buddy of mine was running consistent 7.2 / 11.2 with an unopened longblock...
Exactly this. It's a feature not a bug. Oil comes up to temp very quickly and in my experience stays consistently ~230° which is optimum. You have to really work the car to get the temps to elevate much beyond that and recovery is quick as well. Coolant also comes up to temp very quickly and...
I get that. From my perspective though you could build something a LOT more fun for a lot less money if you're simply looking for a toy. My LS3 Miata comes to mind.. Different strokes and all....

Naww.. Even if you could only get a manual in the 2.0 I still wouldn't buy one. "Less weight, lower CG, better weight distribution, blablah.." Is all affirmational BS unless you're truly a hard core track rat; otherwise you bought the secretary edition and are just making excuses. ?
If you're untuned/on JB4 the inherent throttle closure may extend the life of your axles. A high 1.6 is the best I've been able to achieve and that is dead-hooking. I have 10 passes on the track and dozens of hits on the street.
*EDIT - I am not lowered
I've heard the matte white paint rumor but first I'm hearing of a tan interior. I'm not at all interested in either so unless there's something performance related I'll skip the SE.
Putting my money where my mouth is. I've got a homeboy hookup I'm cashing in so I'm already "on the list". Still waiting on the what the SE model entails but man trans is coming either way. I'm still picking a new Z but I don't (yet) have an inside track for an MSRP deal and I'm...
So far it seems to be a wash but I don't have enough comparable data for true A/B testing. The biggest benefit to leaving in 2nd is eliminating a shift.
