...and Tada-san will spew forth a 20-minute video on how much more performance can be wrung from the manual version. Still waiting on those fake-to-real vent solutions I heard so much about the first time around.
Just get the 2JZ... you can pick up this one for not much more than a CF 2022 MKV - of course, you do get the rest of the car for free with that second option.
Considering titanium is very noble (maybe even a ducal lord... ehm sorry ;) ) you shouldn't have any concerns about galvanic corrosion. If any did occur, it wouldn't be the screw... or for that matter the brass bung either... you've got aluminum in your cooling path... that's what would act as...
Same... I'm not sure I'd even say we've got 2.5 here. Basically it's "chilly" or "blast-furnace" - with the latter taking up 70% of the year and only about 2 weeks between the two. I briefly considered buying a set of PSAS4's as I now regularly drive over a mountain pass between homes - but...
Seems just about perfect to me... I wouldn't want to do more than 500/550 anyway (91 Cali crap gas here). Would be nice to upgrade once and still have plenty of "room to grow" down the road however.
I'm just on here to live vicariously through all the warranty voiding antics of others. It's so much cheaper than turning my daily driver into a sinkhole for cash. ;)
I would say that's an installation problem - not a problem with charge pipes in general. Not following instructions precisely can cause problems with any part of any car - but that doesn't mean the parts themselves are bad.
This. My experience at my local independent BMW shop has been fantastic. They mentioned when I was there that they handle a number of Supras, and were the epitome of professionalism and competence. Not bad considering they were also about 40% less than the dealership for everything I've had...
Very true... actually I'd say that about almost all of the styling choices made with the MKV (although I think the ass-end looks great). Similarly the driving experience makes up for that and it doesn't have nearly as refined an interior as the A110 does.
That's surprising... I guess they slightly reduced restriction possibly with a shorter cat section? You'd think it would be the opposite with ever increasing emissions regulations... but maybe a slight design change mitigates that.
On the first part (unhinged) I can't argue at all... we were already an unhinged lot previously... and getting more so by the day now, it seems. On the unregulated side however, I would disagree completely. It's actually the over-regulation that's the problem... independent dealerships are...
Ooohh... this is quite interesting. TTV6 with a good transmission and that RX350 would be put out to pasture instantly. Hopefully they do it without the inadequacies of the last gen in the areas of brakes and suspension.
Even if they aren't a cop... all you can achieve was proving what you already know - that you could beat a Charger. Admittedly, I'm also guilty of taking the bait from time to time.
Well, you'd better get to selling now then. Regardless of manual or not - once allocations get back to full production levels, you won't get the same used prices you can get right now with the shortages. If depreciation is the primary factor in determining whether you keep a car or not... then...
FTFY. I love cats and have always had one or two since childhood. However, they are just like people - if you simply hand them everything they need, they will stop working permanently.
My last two cats were great at bringing mice/birds/etc. into the house to play with (briefly)... then they'd...
