Yours and mine both seem to have that huge delivery window, makes me think they were on the same boat and are probably at the same port.

Mine updated at some point to now say dates between 1/4 and 2/23... a window so large you could drive a truck through it. But this exact same date range is also being shown on Toyota's own inventory website... so I imagine the tracking site is just repeating what the Toyota site is listing.

Its nice that it updates with a final expected delivery date, however I imagine unless you are checking every day most people will miss the last stage. And without more granular nuance to the shipping info along the route, the simplistic presentation of that site really fosters "watched pot"...

I tracked mine using that site, and it is correct as far as I know... my car is in that "F - Freight" status somewhere, probably on a boat. My dealer is not super forthcoming with exact details, just that it should be here before the end of next month. I haven't been pressuring them for weekly...

I think Toyota and BMW just leave it alone under the excuse that "Supra owners modify their cars" and they leave it to the owners to "fix". Hell, I don't even have my Supra yet and I already have a pile of parts in the garage waiting to go on the car and even more on their way.

Depending on where the vehicle is in the delivery process the dealer can request all the port installed options be removed from the car's build sheet before they are installed. My dealer was able to do that with my car. It was supposed to have been drug through the port installed options...

Does it have anything to do with factory wheel stance? If it sticks out and serves no real aero purpose it might be something that artificially extends the measurable fender beyond the wheel for legal reasons in certain countries. I've noticed those little tab parts on a few modern performance...
