Picked it up from my supplier today. Hope to get it installed next weekend.
This is the standard version, and not the MERA.
I also got the fuel rail, as I plan to go port injection when Protuningfreaks drops their Rev2 board on the market.
Do88 don't have the fuel lines needed for the fuel...
Labor day! Spent my day off cleaning the engine bay and fitting the carbon covers.
I found the 3M tape on the cooling and middle radiator cover to be quite bad. It would not stick properly, even when heated up. So I used velcro instead! Actually worked out real good, and makes it much easier to...
Put in an order on one a couple a weeks ago.
Do88 was having a spring sale campaign with 20% off all items, so I couldn't let that opportunity pass.
Should have it here this or next week I hope.
Spring time has finally come. Less than 2 weeks ago we had 4 inches of snow and freezing temperatures in my area.
Did a quick wash to remove all the dust from storage. Ordered a bunch of detailing products that I hope to arrive this week.
On Black Week, I bought some carbon underhood goodies...
No, but I've read enough stories about people breaking off the nipple so I wrote down the partnr in case I broke it off during install of my new intake.
Should be easy to change out. The hose is only secured to the engine block with one bolt.

It also come with TĂśV approvement and 2 year engine warranty, which means a lot for some.
It works similar to the JB4...
FEMTO unlock + BM3 or MHD = More bangs than both world wars combined.
Sure, a FEMTO unlock is more expensive than the normal pre 06/2020 DME bench unlock.
But not by 6 grand. It will only cost that much if you want to run Ecutek where a cloned DME is needed. Nowadays, BM3 or MHD is sufficient...
Doing some research, I found out with the Do88 manifold, the EVAP canister gets relocated to under the car, near the transmission tunnel, and that brackets are included to install the OEM fasteners for the engine cover.
Fuel rail for port injection will also be able to clear under the engine...
I'm very tempted to try this one. If it performs just as good as the Wagner manifold, this would for me, be a cheaper alternative.
I have family in Stockholm, where Do88 is located, so I could swing by their shop and pick one up next time I'm visiting.
Do88 is a well-known company here in the...
