Inspired by the garage thread, let's see those tool storage solutions!
I'm really just looking to the forum for ideas to replace the crappy toolbox I bought at a yard sale 22 years ago and have been too stubborn to get rid of.
Some sort of laminate like a helmet peel away would add a great deal of protection, I'm wondering about legality on the street however.
Laminating a brittle material with an elastomeric material will create a much more resilient composite material. This is the material science behind safety...
I'm in the exact same boat as you but I've been in my house about 8 months longer than you have.
During the winter months the salt/sand/snow/mud is a real issue. I'm also curious as to how one would deal with spills with these tiles.
Okay, so now I'm seriously considering some sort of polymer floor tiles. My buddy in CO epoxied his floor and 5 years later it looks like complete ass.
I've got 2 questions:
God knows I've had some heinous spills of all sorts of fluids working on my cars. How do I clean up a quart of ATF (or...
That looks right. Honestly I didn't even ask for a "final numbers" printout because it's all relative. He was wrapping up the tune when I took the picture.
I'm really not a numbers guy, just providing some data. He was pushing over 420hp/500ft-lbs but it was way too peaky so I had him roll it back and try to flatten the torque curve.
2020, tuned with an ECUTEK, on a Dyno, at less than 10ft ASL, on a 50f day...
Damn, very jealous. There's one E85 station in the entire State of Connecticut and it's literally in the opposite direction of all three tracks.
I was looking at buying Ignite Red by the barrel. I wish there was a station nearby.
I'm really curious about how you're going to source your ethanol and how you're going to get it to the track.
Buying E90 by the drum and mixing it seems like a good way to go along with a flex fuel kit.
I'd like a track tune with something more knock resistant than trackside 93. I won't do...
I live in New England, but honestly I would seriously consider a road trip to take you up on your invite. That's very kind and generous of you to offer Sir!
I'm still bummed out that I missed out on mine, but I had a health issue that precluded me from any track driving in 2021 and I missed my window.
I would have loved to have a Supra "expert" driving coach walking me through the finer points of the car on track.
