people say change is good, but many people really hate and resist change...
I mean, hell, there's plenty of stuff I hate seeing change, but some stuff simply has to and that's how we end up improving.
I just wish the car blogs and stuff weren't pushing the negativity because people look to...
they are more for style in order to break up negative space. when blocked off, they are also in their best engineered configuration with the least drag/turbulence.
you could remove them for racing and fab your own ducting, but there's a reason the GTE race car also has them blocked off.
haha, I'm more or less unofficially sanctioned to help the Supra along which is something I'm not sure if I have mentioned. it's a verbal agreement of sorts between a few of us including some higher up individuals who would never be named. this is part of the reason why I give away details here...
It's lackluster just as the RC-F has always been sadly... until that thing moves on the to next gen it's stuck in a weird place, which is why people struggle to find reasons to buy them (the regular RC does pretty well though iirc).
That said, this particular car is similar to the ISF CCR.
Yeah TMS USA doesn't want the Gazoo branding period, and neither do I really lol.
Tada made a joke about this actually (about GR as a whole), but I can't repeat it. The general sentiment though was similar.
like I say continually, people love to be negative and bash things, but ultimately there are really cool things happening and folks need to relax a little and enjoy them as they are released.
I get the discussion aspect and excitement that comes with drama, but things are going great and there...
yeah, it's something I've commented on before but 10 seconds originally before Tada took over.
the elaboration is the why in regards to Porsche, but there are ultimately still things I can't say despite dropping a ton of hints about it.
According to Tada, the reason why the 86 hasn't had a power bump is due to the chassis not meeting internal strength and rigidity targets for reliability. Tada explained this to me in detail when I asked why they don't just toss V6 into it and make like 300hp. of course, he also made the balance...
must resist urge to elaborate...
Anyhow, it would be either Spa or the 'Ring, but I believe both were Spa (I know that's where the Supra embarrassed the Z4)
The argument is that potential BRZ/86 owners specifically said it had to have a manual (unanimously), as where those they interviewed for the Supra said that it was not the deciding factor in buying the car (instead, inline 6, tunability, and speed were emphasized).
That's the reason why I'm...
It won't be the mass public debut (there has been speculation that's LA), but it has been chosen as a debut location to the tuner market apparently.
Like with anything though, who knows if that will end up being the case.
"Also I don’t think the Cayman was mentioned for promotional reasons. Because they’ve actually beaten the 911 CarreraS with it already in testing, haha."
:)
