Intake manifold is the one thing that will make a noticeable difference. You could instead spray meth for a cheaper route but pros/cons to that. Verus is supposed to have a oil cooler coming out very soon but I'm pretty sure your issue is IAT.

Nice thing about 18x11 is that it will allow you to properly run 295's in the future. Also, 275's will have amazing sidewall support on 11's. Steering response will be even better than 10.5 I'm not sure how 18x11 will fit with oem struts and what spacers are needed though. As far as wheel...
