Yes, true. I tried local (NJ/NY), Henderson NV, and Daytona Beach FL zip codes. Finance offer came up in all locations. It's conceivable that it may not be available in all zip codes though but it seems to be pretty wide spread.

The offer is good in my area as well (Oklahoma). I knew Toyota would offer better incentives soon. The 21's will be arriving really soon and Toyota is sitting on 8 months worth of 2020 inventory.
