I’m tired of their subpar Customer Service and being ghosted. You give them money then don’t hear anything for weeks.

If something is back ordered at least let me know so I can find an alternative part. Don’t sit on my money for 3 weeks then after countless inquiries tell me its backordered for 3 months.

I have other problems with them too so enough is enough.

prices are going up, expect changes this month or early 2022.

We asked all the manufacturers we work with to not apply price changes until after the sale to avoid this exact situation.

I get the increase in cost leading to an increase in price but doing so before black Friday then applying a sale never looks good

Yea. Kinda ridiculous. I would rather u just not have a sale than try and trick someone. That’s poor business for sure and I have decided to just use a diff make altogether now.
