2023 MT - Alarm went off twice while driving

Like the title says, while I was driving today my alarm went off on 2 separate occasions and the car was turned off in between.

Has anyone had this occur before?

Sitting on the key fob and triggering the panic alarm?

The first code is this. If you keep hitting your lock button on the fob, it actually deactivates the interior motion sensor and tilt sensor (for people who leave dogs and kids in locked cars, I suppose):

Interesting.. The key was in the cup holder though.

Yeah, then I got nothing on that. Definitely appears to be the panic alarm based on the code. Not sure what's triggering it. Faulty FOB? Maybe try driving with the other FOB and see if it happens again?

How's your car battery? Not common, but I've heard of some cases with different cars that low battery could trip the alarm

As mentioned above, anything left in your OBD

Nothing left in OBD. I had used BimmerLink before but it was disconnected and packed.

Not that I know of, but I did have a TAG tracking system installed.

Yup. That’s the bmw alarm I got nothing.
