Adjust UK Headlights to drive in Europe - How to?

Has anyone in the needed to adjust their headlights to travel to Europe yet? If so, did the dealer do it or were you able to fathom it?

It should be in the car settings in idrive. No need to manually adjust nowadays with matrix lights

It is somewhere in the idrive settings, you have an option like left/right hand driving.
Yes I read the manual.?
