Definitely good advice, I personally wouldn't run it. I saw it on amazon and thought "oh they copied RP's IM".There's no surprise that intake manifolds that are meant to bolt-on to a stock car are going to look similar, there's a blueprint you have to follow. If you take 30 seconds to actually compare the two you'll find glaring quality differences between the amazon piece and Remnants. The amazon piece looks like sh*t.
Piece of advice don't buy random no-name parts that have that much of an impact on your buiild.
I didn't mean to imply RP wasn't worth getting at all. with RP you get a very reasonably priced manifold with a large core. Not to mention their quality assurance and support.
What I suspect is whatever company they used to assemble the manifolds went behind and made low quality replicas of the IM using the design. The layout is dead on and AFAIK RP's is the only IM on the market that requires a port injection spacer in between the block and manifold.
