Okay thanks! I was looking at the KLM top mount turbo kit as well. It’s just hard to justify the extra price when I’m only wanting to make this a daily car.The Remnant Performance Omega 65 turbo is available as 2-port and comes default with the T51R mod. Its stock location and uses the factory electronic wastegate. Overall I'm pretty happy with mine but if I'm totally honest I'd go top mount and external wastegate if I had to do it again.

There were problems with getting the wastegate calibrated according to the shop that did the install. The wastegate bracket that comes with the turbo flexes during actuation which I'm sure isn't ideal. The linkage between the actuator and the wastgate has come apart once while I was on a long cruise and I was left with no boost for the next few hundred miles. The shop suggested we weld the internal wastegate shut and add a traditional external unit and completely delete the electronic weastegate. But then I'd have to completely redo tuning.why?
