I had the car fully PPF’d before adding any parts and adding PPF to every new part isn’t really ideal for me. I’m going in the ceramic route but want to hear what others are doing and what products are being used for maintenance.

I simply wax mine with a quality carnuba paste wax. Zymol Concours.

Ceramic isn’t going to help with damage like PPF, but it will help keep the surface clean and protect against minor scratches/UV. If you’re worried about physical damage, PPF is your answer

PPF. For small parts you can do it yourself.

Quality CF normally comes with a clear coating incorporating UV protection, so that aspect should be covered.
