Anyone seen any type of cargo management that works well for the Supra? Trying to secure some basic tools and make better use of the area behind the speakers, maybe use the bar as an anchor to keep things from flying around and impaling an occasional passenger.

Basically the goal is to keep rarely used stuff against the speaker box and leave the rest of the cargo, well, for cargo.

I have elected for a Mercedes Benz folding organizer for $25. Great when in use and hauling items ... then folds flat when empty.

Additionally, I designed a custom fit divider that is held in place with Velcro under the factory silver bar and professional stitched via an auto upholstery company. Personally not a fan of seeing the cargo items when looking back from the front seats of the car.

Also added a WeatherTech floor liner for the cargo/hatch area.

Costco also has a folding crate for like $6. Pretty nice and has solid sides so small items don't fall out.

Great divider design... if the top is held by Velcro, does anything hold the bottom? Or does it just hang there?

Thank you for the complement. Iā€™m very happy with the end result. One would be hard pressed to not think this was a factory accessory.

The top is held in place with heavy duty Velcro to the underside of the factory aluminum bar. The 3/4ā€ wide Velcro fits perfectly to the indentation underneath.

Additionally the divider just hangs in place but I have added two small piece of metal rod stitched into the lowest part of the divider (one each side) for added weight in the event you drive with the windows down. Thereā€™s no disturbance from the wind this way. Tested and true.

I use a square milk crate from http://www.buymilkcrates.com/ in my BMW 3 Series. They have a smaller footprint; holes to attach bungee cords; color options; and Made In USA. Oh- and theyā€™re very inexpensive at $7.99 each for the square version I personally prefer.

My car came with the Toyota Cargo Tote (free of charge), which remains folded behind the driverā€˜s seat most of the time as I use a couple of InstaCrates I had in my previous car. They occupy little space when not in use.
